The Hamakua Youth Center in Honoka'a provides a safe, no cost, social and educational environment for up to 50 youth each afternoon. An online computer lab (made possible through funding by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and Salesforce.com) provides connectivity for internet activities and schoolwork. Other activities include a pool table, games, music and chat, crafts and help with homework by the adult coordinator.
